I am here to support you in making changes to create a more meaningful life where you can experience more joy, satisfaction and peace. Every client I see will have different concerns and needs however I will often use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness based therapy and if appropriate EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) to assist clients achieve their goals.
