I am here to support you in making changes to create a more meaningful life where you can experience more joy, satisfaction and peace.  Clients often have different concerns and I tailor therapy to meet your needs. However I will often use mindfulness based therapy, incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and if appropriate EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) to assist clients achieve their goals.

We will work collaboratively and seek to understand your fears and anxiety and give voice to your strengths.
